Andrew is the Chief Technology Officer for Switchbridge and is primarily responsible for the development, deployment, and on-going operations of technology solutions both internally and for all Switchbridge clients.  He is actively involved in all projects which require technology and related expertise.

Andrew has extensive knowledge in the IT service community with specialties in web-based software solutions and business process analysis and improvement.  He has worked in small and mid-size technology firms in disciplines ranging from ground-level software development and customer support through complex consulting and analysis.  He has worked on numerous benefits-related technology projects for both internal and external deployment and carries a project experience list measuring in the hundreds.  With a keen focus on project management and timing, he is the driving force that ensures that Switchbridge clients have at their disposal timely, accurate, relevant and actionable technology services.

Andrew has been the point person for the development and implementation of the HIPAA-secure Switchbridge data analytics platform including ETL processes, API developments, derivative reporting solutions, Wellth app and WellthCloud creation and much more.

Andrew has worked with all aspects of the technology community and has proven his ability to take a rough concept and turn that concept into a functional reality that delivers bottom line results.

Andrew attended Western Maryland College with a focus in business studies.  During his time in school, he began his first technology company and has since carried that same entrepreneurial spirit to Switchbridge and our clients.

Andrew enjoys time spent with family, supporting the Baltimore Ravens and working with dogs.  Andrew is also actively involved in his church.
